Our experienced property professionals will ensure any maintenance issues that arise are dealt with promptly. We'll earmark long term maintenance solutions to contain potentially larger issues and, in doing so, keep costs to a minimum.
Our in‐house surveying and project management team, Gateway Associated Surveying, will assess every corner of your building and determine the best course of action for major work renovations to your property. Our project managers make sure the work stays on track, within budget and the process is health & safety compliant.
We source only the most trusted and reliable contractors for works outside of the remit of our in‐house team. They must be fully qualified, hold all the relevant accreditations and have the necessary public liability insurances in place.
Property insurance is a complex business we make straightforward with our in‐house, FCA-regulated insurance partners.
You will benefit from having a dedicated insurance professional for your property, who will take the time to get to know the building and its specific requirements, then tailor an insurance package accordingly.
